Defect Summary
Escape trailer industries ltd. (escape) is recalling certain 2025-2026 escape e13 f1 recreational trailers. Insufficient ventilation around the refrigerator may allow carbon monoxide to buildup inside the passenger cabin.
Safety Consequence
The accumulation of exhaust fumes increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install a ventilation fan and insulation, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed august 4, 2026. Owners may contact escape customer service at 1-855-703-1650.
