Defect Summary
Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2026-2027 dynamax isata recreational vehicles. The bunk ladder may be attached to a wooden mattress insert, resulting in the ladder loosening.
Safety Consequence
A ladder that pulls away from the bunk increases the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the mattress insert with a metal frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed november 2, 2026. Owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-206-7600. Forest river's number for this recall is 55-2099.
