Defect Summary

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2024 jayco alante and entegra vision recreational vehicles. the occupant and cargo carrying capacity (occc) label may list the incorrect weight. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 120, "wheels and rims - other than passenger cars."

Safety Consequence

Referencing incorrect weight information may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Jayco will mail new correct labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed july 1, 2026. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903658.
