In the affected trailers, the slide room actuator bracket may come into contact with the tire under certain road conditions.

Corrective Action

Forest river will notify owners, and dealers will install a replacement bracket that will adequately clear the tire, free of charge. the recall began on april 17, 2014. owners may contact forest river at 1-574-862-3001.
