Defect Summary

Braun corporation (braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 chrysler pacifica and voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.

Safety Consequence

The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the spring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed july 16, 2026. Owners may contact braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
