Defect Summary

Braun corporation (braun) is recalling certain 2026 ram promaster vehicles equipped with q'straint's one-combo belt, with part number tx11258-ba. The wheelchair seat belts may have incompatible connectors and fail to properly restrain occupants.

Safety Consequence

Improperly restrained occupants have an increased risk of injury during a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the seat belt, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed june 22, 2026. Owners may contact braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
