The front and rear wheel hub retainer nuts have been incorrectly torqued. The preload on the bearing from the loosened hub retainer nut may cause bearing failure.
Safety Consequence
A wheel bearing failure may cause the axle to break,resulting in loss of vehicle control and possible vehicle accident.
Corrective Action
Inspect bearing and replace if necessary. Torque the hub retainer nut 230 to 350 foot pounds.
