Defect Summary

The defect involves an incorrectly designed shift fork. The shift fork was designed to activate a switch which would illuminate a light on the dashboard when the power take-off is shifted into gear. Due to the incorrect shift fork, the dashboard light flashes momentarily, then goes off.

The manufacturer will inspect and, if necessary, replace power take-off units with air shift assemblies which contain the proper assembly components at no charge to owner.
