Defect Summary

Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2025-2026 entourage motorhomes. The cargo carrying capacity (ccc) label may incorrectly state 7 seat belted positions, when the motorhome has 8 positions, which can allow the motorhome to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 120, “wheels and rims-other than passenger cars.”

Safety Consequence

An overloaded vehicle increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will remove one of the seat belts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed march 19, 2026. Owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-825-8602. Forest river's number for this recall is 210-2041.
