Defect Summary
Grand design rv, llc (grand design) is recalling certain 2026 solitude recreational vehicles equipped with a thermaheat tank pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail.
Safety Consequence
A heating pad failure can increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will inspect the heating pads and replace as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on march 4, 2026. Owners may contact grand design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand design's number for this recall is 910055/m910056.
