Defect Summary
Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2026 coleman travel trailers. The bed brackets may not be secured to a stud, causing the bed to fall unexpectedly.
Safety Consequence
A murphy bed that falls increases the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Dealers will reinstall the brackets into a stud, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed february 3, 2026. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-479. Vehicle identification numbers (vins) involved in this recall will be searchable on nhtsa.gov beginning march 19, 2026.
