Defect Summary
Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 fuzion, raptor, redwood, and 2024-2026 voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Safety Consequence
A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed march 4, 2026. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle identification numbers (vins) involved in this recall will be searchable on nhtsa.gov beginning march 13, 2026.
