Defect Summary
Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2023-2026 forest river work and play, 2024-2026 east to west takoda, coachmen chaparral, 2025-2026 shasta phoenix, 2023-2025 forest river riverstone, 2022-2026 coachmen adrenaline, and 2025 forest river cedar creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Safety Consequence
A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed february 18, 2026.
