Defect Summary

Toyo tire holdings of americas, inc. (toyo) is recalling certain open country a/t iii tires, sizes 265/70r18 116t and 265/60r20 115t. The tread may separate from the tire.

Safety Consequence

Tread separation can cause a loss of tire pressure and vehicle instability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed april 15, 2026. Owners may contact toyo's customer service at 800-442-8696.
