Defect Summary

Winnebago towable (winnebago) is recalling certain 2019 micro minnie5, minnie drop, 2020 minnie plus5, 2018-2021 minnie, and 2022 hike 100 travel trailers. The federal tire label may list the incorrect tire size. As such these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) no. 110, "tire selection and rims."

Safety Consequence

The wrong size tire may be installed after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Winnebago will mail correct labels to owners for installation, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed december 12, 2025. Owners may contact winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is cam0000045.
