Defect Summary

Thor motor coach (tmc) is recalling certain 2024-2025 luminate and indigo recreational vehicles. The lp tank support tube may be too short and have an insufficient weld that may fracture, allowing the tank to detach.

Safety Consequence

A detached tank can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will install support brackets on both sides of the lp tank support tubes, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed october 30, 2025. Owners may contact tmc customer service at 1-877-855-2867. Tmc's number for this recall is rc000331.
