Defect Summary

Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025 carbon, fuzion, and raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.

Safety Consequence

A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.

Corrective Action

Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed august 4, 2025. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.
