Defect Summary
Storyteller overland, llc (storyteller) is recalling certain 2026-2027 mode and 2026 gxv hilts vehicles equipped with certain maxxair n-series maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.
Safety Consequence
An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Storyteller will inspect and replace the printed circuit board as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed october 30, 2026. Owners may contact storyteller customer service at 1-888-999-7442.
