Defect Summary

Braun ambulances (braun ambulances) is recalling certain 2016-2018 demers mxp150e, mx164e, 2016-2024 transit tse, 2024 transit txe, and 2018- 2020 demers ambulances vehicles. The cushion equipment storage may not have been properly installed, resulting in unsecured equipment.

Safety Consequence

Items that detach during transit increase the risk of injury.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the cushion assembly, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed july 18, 2025. owners may contact braun ambulances customer service at 1-877-344-9990. braun ambulances number for this recall is cushion.
