Defect Summary

Isuzu motors limited (isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 nrr-ev vehicles. a gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.

Safety Consequence

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the sub-junction box. Dealers will inspect and replace the harness and motor/inverter as necessary. all repairs will be performed free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed july 3, 2025. owners may contact isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. isuzu's number for this recall is v2503.
