Defect Summary

Couture co ltd (couture co) is recalling certain hyperax volt rv lite part number b0b4nczn87, 2024 volt 2 lhb part number b0cnsymc19, 2024 volt 2 part number b0c4t56l8x, and 2023 volt rv part number b0b48wk529 e-bike carriers. The e-bike carrier latch mechanism may experience excessive wear, disengaging while in transit.

Safety Consequence

A disengaged latch may allow the e-bike to shift out of position, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Corrective Action

Owners are advised to stop using the e-bike carriers. Couture co will reimburse owners for cost of the carrier, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed january 7, 2026. Owners may contact couture co customer service at 1-888-886-2898.
