Defect Summary
Cfmoto powersports, inc. (cfmoto) is recalling certain 2023 450ss motorcycles. the telematics box (t-box) may fall onto the front steering forks, which can cause a loss of steering control.
Safety Consequence
A loss of steering control increases the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the t-box holder, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed february 29, 2024. owners may contact cfmoto customer service at 1-763-398-2690. cfmoto's number for this recall is saf-2024-01.
