Defect Summary

Airstream, inc. (airstream) is recalling certain 2026-2027 rangeline recreational vehicles. Inadequate adhesion may cause the fairing to detach.

Safety Consequence

A detached fairing can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

The remedy is still under development. Owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed november 27, 2026. Another notice will be sent when the repair is ready. Owners may contact airstream customer service at 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-6111 ext. 7401 or 7411.
