Temp-air, inc. (temp-air) is recalling certain 2017-2019 ebb-80 trailers. an incorrect hitch coupling may have been installed that limits the adjustability of the hitch possibly causing the trailer receiver angle to be improper.

Corrective Action

Temp-rail will notify owners, and will replace the hitch rail with the correct one, free of charge. the recall began november 6, 2019. owners may contact temp-rail customer service at 1-952-894-3000.

Consequence Summary: If the user cannot properly adjust the hitch height to ensure proper trailer leveling, the trailer may suddenly drag, increasing the risk of a crash.
