Defect Summary

Mercedes-benz is recalling certain 2027 cla 220 vehicles. A component of the left front seat belt may have been installed incorrectly.

Safety Consequence

A seat belt with an incorrectly installed component may fail to properly restrain occupants, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed november 27, 2026. Owners may contact mbusa customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
