Defect Summary

Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2024 cougar, 2025-2026 alpine, 2026 montana, and walkabout recreational trailers. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.

Safety Consequence

Loose shock bolts may cause a loss of vehicle stability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed june 1, 2026. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-483.
