Defect Summary
Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2026 impression fifth wheel recreational trailers. The insulation on the wires may have been improperly removed, exposing conductors.
Safety Consequence
Exposed conductors may cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will inspect and correct the wiring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed march 17, 2026. Owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-327-2716. Forest river's number for this recall is 83-2039.
