Defect Summary

Zero motorcycles inc. (zero) is recalling certain 2024 dsr/x, ds, dsr, and dsrp motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure.

Safety Consequence

A loss of brake pressure will reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will inspect and replace the hose as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were be mailed july 28, 2025. Owners may contact zero customer service at 1-888-841-8085. Zero's number for this recall is sv-rcl-025-017.
