Defect Summary

Orange ev (oev) is recalling certain 2023-2025 husk-e terminal trucks previously remedied under recall 25v367 (2025-src-04). The wrong size washer was installed in the thermal fuse bolted joint during the previous repair.

Safety Consequence

The incorrect washer can cause the bus bar connection to loosen or open, resulting in electrical arcing and increasing the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Oev will install the correctly sized washer, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed august 4, 2025. Owners may contact oev customer service at 1-866-688-5223. Oev's number for this recall is 2025-src-05.
