Defect Summary

Tiffin motorhomes, inc. (tiffin) is recalling certain 2025 zephyr motorhomes with floorplan 45pz. the secondary emergency exit is incorrectly located on the same side as the primary emergency exit.

Safety Consequence

Incorrect placement of the emergency exit increases the risk of injury during an emergency.

Corrective Action

Dealers will install an egress window on the driver's side wall, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed may 23, 2025. owners may contact tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. tiffin's number for this recall is tif-144.
