East manufacturing corp. (east manufacturing) is recalling certain 2018-2021 mmx trailers equipped with ingersoll smart-steer self steer axles. the steering arm may detach from the steering knuckle during certain low-speed, high-side loading maneuvers.

Corrective Action

Dealers will inspect the steering arm and apply welds, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed on may 19, 2021. owners may contact east manufacturing customer service at 1-352-861-3612.
