Is recalling certain lasfit headlight bulbs, part number ex-plah11fba. the aftermarket headlight bulb are too bright during the first ten minutes of use. as such these bulbs fail to comply with the federal motor vehicle safety standards (fmvss) number 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and assoc. Equipment."

Corrective Action
